Acknowledgement — Within 48 Hours

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your request, the type of request we received, and a reference number for tracking.

Identity Verification — If Required

We may need to verify your identity before processing to ensure your data is not disclosed to an unauthorised third party. We will contact you if this is needed.

Resolution — Within 30 Days

We will complete your request within 30 days and notify you of the outcome. For complex requests we may request a 30-day extension and will inform you accordingly.
